Customer Administration Specialist

Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Generate contracts for subscriptions as requested by Sales team within service level agreement requirements
  • Review existing subscriptions up for renewal, or as may be needed
  • Answer requests regarding client expenditures for subscriptions
  • Endorse subscription amendment and billing orders to the relevant teams
  • Maintain and update contract-related reports
  • Monitor pending queries and unsigned contracts, and follow-up with Sales as may be needed
  • Coordinate with Credit Control team regarding payments and tax requirements
  • Liaise with Client Support regarding fulfillment
  • Liaise with Order Processing team regarding billing and subscription amendments
  • Fulfill ad hoc tasks (for example, reports) as may be required by management
