Customer Success Manager (FL or TN)

Job Description

Primary Duties Include:
Effectively negotiating and closing renewal contracts with assigned clients in a timely manner.
Upselling, negotiating and closing new contracts for related tax automation products and services to assigned clients.
Providing focused contact and product/tax technical assistance to clients based upon their needs and challenges ensuring client satisfaction and encouraging client loyalty to drive retention.
Continually updating client profile information so that we may identify opportunity and problems early.

Coordinating web and on-site product training for clients
Ensuring existing clients have the most up-to-date releases, programs, databases and learning tools.
Providing assistance to the new Sales Group when selling additional products and to the Professional Services Group for client related matters.
Continually seek opportunities and develop programs to positively impact the client experience.

Must exhibit:

  • Ability to manage multiple engagements concurrently.
  • Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
  • Ability to quickly master new concepts related to ONESOURCE. products and best practice business procedures.
  • Ability to work in a team environment is essential.
  • Ability to interact with client tax department professionals and their MIS/IT personnel.

Qualifications - External

  • Five or more years of direct, or client management, experience in corporate tax automation software, tax automation consulting or a closely related field, ONESOURCE Income Tax and/or ONESOURCE is preferred
  • A quality team player that will foster a clear CUSTOMER SERVICE FOCUS
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Some Sales experience preferred
  • Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance required, CPA a plus
