Dedicated Renewal Specialist – Job Description
Dedicated Renewal Specialists are an elite group of sales professionals dedicated to protecting revenue across the Small Law Firm segment. The Small Law Firm Dedicated Renewal Specialist position is specifically focused on securing and growing revenue within 1-6 attorney law firms. Renewal Specialists manage a portfolio of opportunities in a territory in maximizing upsell opportunities and promoting digital engagement to provide our customers an omni-channel experience.
Members of this team earn a base salary and earn variable compensation through a renewal bonus and sales commission structure. Value based renewal and sales skills are required in order to successfully defend the price premium of the legal research industries premiere legal research system; Westlaw.
Meeting monthly renewal volume and revenue requirements
Securing long term revenue by targeting multi-year contract goals
Assisting with renewal portfolio growth by reaching upsell goals
Conducting demonstrations to introduce and position new products effectively
Maintaining an accurate and up-to-date renewal portfolio by meeting business system logging requirements
Forecasting your business attainment accurately on a monthly basis
Promoting the Thomson Reuters digital capabilities to help customers do business with us on their time in a simplified way
