Technical Lead

Job Description

Primary Objective :

This role is for a technology expert who knows the full web technology stack and acts like a technical subject matter expert with increasing depth in one or more system area or spread across multiple system areas. This expert must be effortlessly able to work in cross functional, matrixed organization and help to develop the talent/team skills using formal and/or informal training sessions.


Mandatory Skills:

Strong understanding of MVVM, MVC and MV* frameworks with in depth knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, TypeScript, AngularJS 1.x, Unit Testing with Jasmine and Karma, Build pipeline using Grunt/Gulp, Bower, NPM, TSLint. Experience working with other open source Javascript frameworks.

Desirable Skills:

Experience in the following technologies is desirable: LESS/SAAS, Angular (2/4/5), Webpack


Mandatory Skills:

Strong Object Oriented Programming, Analysis and Design Concepts, in depth understanding of Desing Pattern, Experience with Rest API Services with Web API 2 with C#, Dependency injection with Unity (or any other DI framework), Unit Testing with NUnit/XUnit and experience working with relational and non-relational database along with Unit of Work and Repository pattern.

Also experience with Code standards tools such as StyleCop/FxCop is required.

Desirable Skills

Knowledge in .NET Core, PostGres, NHibernate, Logging with Log4net or any other logging framework, Swagger and Swashbuckle (API Documentation).


Hands on experience with various IDE and tools such as Visual Studio 2015/2017, Visual Studio Code, Fiddler, Postman, Chrome developer tools is mandatory.

ELK - LogStash | ElasticSearch | Kibana, MSBuild, Version control such as TFS TFVC, Git, Jenkins is desirable.


  • 10+ years of experience
  • Computer science, M.C.A, M.Sc. IT,  engineering or other related degree


Finance industry/ Tax and accounting  experience is preferred

  • Coach team members technically about the system and existing workflow and processes to quickly bring them up to speed.
  • Build team skills using formal and/or informal training sessions.
  • Be a present and vocal member in  all phases of the solution delivery such as project chartering, story mapping, backlog grooming, sprint planning, and demos/retros
  • Guide the team in the development and various aspects of SDLC, agile development.
  • Engage in coding best practice activities; i.e., participate in Development Communities which oversee the code quality of existing applications
  • Understand technical requirements and code applications in accordance with application development and maintenance standards for accessibility, security, enterprise systems management, as well as other business requirements
  • A strong advocate for innovation
