Job Description

AAA User creation and maintenance accounts for 32% of the overall CPM Admin effort and the details are as follows.

1) Eikon User Role and Setting Change Request (CPAC or EAS) – 10%
Ø Manage Create/Modify/Deletion of User Role for Eikon Admin Services
Ø Manage Create/Modify/Deletion of User Role and Setting on Alpha/Beta/PROD.(*If EAS not supported)
Ø Manage Queries/Incidents/Issues

2) User Creation request on Alpha/Beta only – 15%
Ø Manage Test user creation on Alpha/Beta using User tool
Ø Manual creation of test users on Alpha/Beta.(If User tool not supported in case of server outages)
Ø Manage Queries/Incidents/Issues

3) Contribution Credential Creation Admin – 7%
Ø Manage CAPI ID creation on MMSR (Contribution head-end) and AAA
Ø Investigating CAPI ID issue on Alpha/Beta/PROD
Ø Manage Queries/Incidents/Issues
