JOB PURPOSE: To lead and drive the sales and revenue plan for Financial solutions in the Corporate segment of our business across targeted customer segments in the South Asia region. This so as to meet and exceed annual planned revenue & business targets.
Responsible for generating net sales and new revenue, within existing relationships and new clients, by leveraging the complete suite of core F offerings to our relevant customer segments.
Development and implementation of Sales & Account strategy working closely with the Account teams .
Development and execution of new business sales plans .
Conceptualize and put in place Sales Campaigns, Reward plans, territory alignment, structures to direct and achieve company's strategic objectives within accounts or with field sales teams in a specific sales territory.
Provide feedback and market requirements to strategic business units to drive product innovation and improved market competitiveness.
