Digital Marketing Performance Team Internship - Summer 2018

Job Description

The Performance Team develops leading-edge digital marketing capabilities, including but not limited to SEO, lead generation, paid search, mobile, video and social. This group is passionate about driving business results by cultivating and maintaining digital marketing expertise (many times through pilots) that is then applied to solutions and capabilities.

As an intern, you will deliver on multiple efforts through testing and analysis, while being fully emerged in web/internet trends and technologies, including search engine marketing. This is a great opportunity to continue to grow your digital marketing skills while working alongside top experts in the field.

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with FindLaw Product teams to validate market opportunity, flesh out product concepts and develop business cases
  • Own and/or champion initiatives/capabilities to drive incremental performance/value
  • Work with groups to craft Product/Solution/Capability Best Practices
  • Partner across the organization to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Assist in pilot execution as defined in concert with Product Management and Development
  • Ensure products and capabilities built deliver on defined value proposition by performing data analysis and validation
  • Provide testing and production support
  • Assist with special projects as assigned

Skills & Profile:

  • Strong experience and expertise with web analytics software
  • Ability to use data to analyze, troubleshoot, and recommend creative solutions
  • Ability to inspire change, and collaborate cross-functionally to drive business results
  • Perform competitive analysis and recommend actionable items
  • Ability to validate web code and recommend solutions when issues are found (browser developer tool experience a plus)
  • Must be a self-starter
  • Strong interpersonal skills, including excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven analytical skills, attention to detail and accuracy
  • Experience in the legal digital marketing vertical a plus
  • Strong general technical prowess
  • Ability to effectively handle and prioritize multiple and complex projects

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of two years of course work completed toward an in-progress Bachelor’s degree, with a history of academic excellence
  • Previous internship experience a plus
  • Vast understanding of digital marketing, web and publishing technologies (WordPress and API integration experience a plus)
