Master Data Reporting & Project Support Analyst

Job Description

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Prepares and updates customer master dashboards and reports in a timely manner
  • Monitors data governance compliance across all customer master data processes.   
  • Defines, documents and manages projects to monitor customer master activity and effectiveness
  • Builds collaborative partnerships with stakeholders and obtains commitment to make decisions
  • Accountable for building, maintaining, and continually improving a customer master dashboard and related reports
  • Recommends process improvements, new data quality metrics and governance changes for master data operations in order to improve data quality and optimize processing time

QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

·Technical school or Bachelor degree in business or computer science, coupled with 5+ years of related experience required.

·Strong preference for Licensure in related field.

·Strong experience in DB management, construction of complex queries, and safely making mass updates to source systems required

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS:       

  • Demonstrated ability to work well independently as well as collaboratively with team members and to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Ability to deal with ambiguity and exercise independent judgment in recognizing the impact of decisions and processes to the business and customer
  • Ability to build strong working relationships with internal and external customers
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills using MS Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Access, Word) required
  • Experience in SAP, SFDC, Business Objects, Oracle SQL desired
  • Experience with Alteryx data analysis and Tableau reporting tools a big plus
  • Continuous improvement mindset
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish required, Portuguese a plus
