Job Description

          

Position Title:  Technical Business Analyst

Business Unit: Financial & Risk

Product or Service: Platform & Analytics

Main Responsibilities / Accountabilities:

The Salesforce Business Analyst and CRM Centre of Excellence role supports the GTM organization on

1) enhancing existing tools, processes and capabilities for Salesforce

2) plays a critical role in the design, build and adoption of new processes and systems and

3) help lead on the creation of CRM centre of excellence

4) Essential Day-to-Day Responsibilities:                                    

Business analysis

  • Work with stakeholders to identify requirements and provides input to the design and development of technical business solutions
  • Documents the business requirements using terminology that can be understood by the technical team, as well as business stakeholders
  • Identifies, develops and implements improvements to business processes and internal support methodology
  • Configuration of Salesforce (assignment rules, workflows, lightning flows, page layouts, simple visual force components, package upgrades etc)
  • Prepares User Acceptance Testing scripts and runs UAT sessions
  • Prepares and conducts user training (incl documentation and system set up)
  • Agrees key milestones with the business and delivers to key milestones
  • Achieves overall project deadline with limited scope creep
  • Key contributor to the creation of a Business Centre of Excellence for Salesforce that is responsible for business led Salesforce configuration and deployment as part of a business led self-serve capability

Required Skills:              

  • Ideally extensive configuration experience within a complex SFDC environment; good knowledge of Salesforce ecosystem plus some knowledge Siebel is a plus
  • Salesforce.com certified Administrator or equivalent working experience
  • 5 years business analysis experience with knowledge of multiple business models or processes within a global organization
  • Change management experience. Experienced in embedding behavioral change in sales teams and coordinate complex systems rollouts
  • Excellent facilitation, analysis, research and process mapping skills
  • Excellent written and oral communications skills, able to communicate across all levels of the organization and to translate complex technical information
  • Detail oriented and highly organized, with the ability handle multiple complex tasks
  • Independent and results oriented with the drive to hit deliverables and meet deadlines
  • Ability to problem solve effectively by utilizing logic and available resources
  • Ability to work proactively and collaboratively as part of a team on a large project                       

Essential Skills/Experience Required:

  • Strong business analysis
  • Ability to document and articulate complex processes
  • Good communicate skills and ability to articulate challenges and solutions
  • Stakeholder management
  • Deep understanding or Salesforce.com platform

Desired Skills/Experience Required:

  • Hands on Salesforce administration
  • Strong analysis in Excel other data querying tools
  • Powerpoint, Visio, Business Optix
  • Tableau
