Role Summary:

We're looking for a talented software leader to drive continuous improvements across Legal Technology’s development model.

In this role, you will actively partner with our Minsk based development coordinator and other technology leaders to identify and implement improvement opportunities.

You will also be responsible for reporting on the overall health of this model by tracking and measuring key metrics throughout the year.

This role may require occasional international travel.

Main Responsibilities / Accountabilities:

  • Drive continuous improvement without adding cost.  Help teams to work smarter.
  • Partner closely with Minsk based development coordinator.
  • Evaluate, update, and organize documentation for technical teams.
  • Lead monthly working group meetings and participate in a bi-monthly steering committee meetings.
  • Identify, track, and report on key metrics.  Build a health dashboard.
  • Champion initiatives that span teams, locations, and departments.
  • Help teams to articulate problems and formulate improvement plans.
  • Partner with architecture team to ensure technical alignment across teams.

  • Development Manager (reporting to)
  • Minks Cobalt Development Coordinator (partner with)
  • Legal Technology Managers, Coaches, & Architects (consult with)
  • Sr. Director, Technology (get direction from)

Essential Skills/Experience Required:

  • Collaborative and able to build alignment across teams

  • Keen listening and reporting skills
  • Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
  • Strong context switching and prioritization skills
  • Self-starter - does what it takes to get the job done
  • Superb communication skills, verbal and written
  • Experienced in a formal agile software development lifecycle

Desired Skills/Experience Required:

  • Project Management reporting and dashboard creation
  • Legal Cobalt development experience
  • Experience working with EPAM technology teams in Belarus or Russia

Education/ Certifications:

  • A good relevant degree is desirable, but experience and the right approach to work are just as important.
