National Client Representative, Inside

Job Description

If you are a legal professional with a strong ability to develop relationships, multi-task and communicate the value of legal solutions to customers, the Inside Account Representative is the right opportunity for you.

Inside Account Representative retains and grows revenue in aligned segment by leveraging their Juris Doctorate and practice experience to maximize utilization, remove obstacles and act as an extension of the customer’s legal team. Our growing team is committed to delivering the most value and expertise in the marketplace. The Inside Account Representative will work across multiple territories under the guidance of existing Inside Account Managers. Upon success in this role and the availability of a territory, the Inside Account Representative may be promoted to an Inside Account Manager position.

Responsibilities Include:

Meets and exceeds goals of increasing customer retention via dynamic customer interaction such as conducting training sessions.

Grows assigned revenue by effectively partnering with appropriate Sales Representatives to conduct quality pre-sale demonstrations and trainings and by asking probing questions to uncover potential product needs.

Delivers exceptional customer service to small law firms, corporations and government entities.

Closely partners with Inside Account Managers to negotiate complicated renewal agreements and billing issues to the mutual satisfaction of business and customer needs.

Develops a virtual presence in law firms via telephonic and web-based communication.

Executes marketing strategies to increase retention, focusing on customer risk and other intelligence.

Maintains a high level of knowledge and expertise in Westlaw and solutions products, pricing, subscription plans, customer workflow, and usability.

Updates and maintains activity and customer information utilizing business systems.


Required Qualifications:

Juris Doctorate

1-2 years of customer service or sales experience

Ability to multitask with constant interruptions such as calls, emails, meetings, etc.

Sales & customer centric aptitude with a revenue focus

Strong oral and written communication and presentation skills

High degree of professionalism and flexibility

Well-developed negotiation skills

Preferred Qualifications:

1-2 years of professional legal experience
