Job Description

Managing a team of 12 to 14 OMSs responsible for EBO Order Management. Ensuring on time delivery of CAA RQ & CAA To dos. Driving closure for billing issues and CTTs. Ensuring high quality of responses to the clients. Engaging with and managing the relationship between AMs and OMS. Managing through escalations.  In addition, this role will be responsible for managing staff, providing, on time feedback, leadership and guidance to the team members.  As a team leader the candidate will have to drive performances in the team against objectives and create a culture of continuous improvement.
