Job Description

GROUP OVERVIEW         

              

Global Compliance team, part of Enterprise Business Operations – Order to Cash (EBO-OTC), is responsible for performing SOX & Operational controls that are required to operate at various frequency that are defined as part of  Control requirement. In addition to SOX controls, we are also the first point of contact for our external auditors & support various audits that include SOX, Contract set up audit & revenue audit.

              

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

                                                                                                                       

  • Extract data from reporting databases in order to produce a suite of reports for the regional and Global Centre EBO-OTC                              
  • perform sample based and in some cases detailed analysis to the suite of reports and distribute the reports or post the reports on the Intranet as necessary                                           
  • Carry out data reconciliations and control reporting - includes follow up with regional and Global centre OMS and other groups as required to ensure any discrepancies are resolved and the EBO compliance regulations are met                            
  • Escalate any issues be they internal or external to regional and Global Centre EBO-OTC       
  • Ensure SOX compliance by monitoring and resolving compliance issues                                 
  • Assist the regional and Global Centre EBO-OTC as necessary with preparation, outputs and follow-up for audits both internal and external                                           
  • Updating monthly scorecards/dashboard to be presented to the stakeholders
  • Performing Root Cause Analysis for the discrepancies identified in Compliance reports

  

Educational Qualifications – Bachelor’s degree

Preferable Skill Set -  

  • Experience in Quality Assurance Process/Compliance/Audit
  • Experience in Quote to Cash Process
  • Working experience on Siebel/SAP/Sales Force will be an added advantage                                          

                                                           

                                            

Experience:                                      

  • 2-3 years in a business environment with strong Excel skills, attention to detail and ability to pick up and maintain knowledge of systems and processes
