Job Description

Thomson Reuters, empresa multinacional líder en el desarrollo y comercialización de productos de información para corporaciones y profesionales se encuentra en la búsqueda de una persona orientada al soporte de nuestro productos de F&R (Financial and Risk).



Tareas/Responsabilidades principales:


• Recepcionar incidencias técnicas de los productos y servicios a nuestros clientes globales del rubro mencionado.

• Hacer uso de herramientas remotas que permitan dar agilidad a la solución de las mismas.

• Efectuar un seguimiento de los tickets en proceso de solución en los distintos niveles de soporte.


Requisitos:


• Ingeniero en Sistemas, Ingeniero electrónico, Analista en Sistemas , Ingeniería en Comunicaciones o afines (graduado o cursando el último año)

• Excelentes relaciones interpersonales y actitud de servicio

• Proactivo, alta motivación y entusiasmo

• Foco en la satisfacción de clientes

• Peferencia por el soporte más que el desarrollo 

• Inglés : Avanzado
