The Legal business unit is seeking a talented, results-oriented Talent Acquisition Manager who will help us redefine the way we recruit for high-volume, entry-level talent. In this role, you’ll be responsible for creating and carrying out the talent acquisition framework and strategy to support high-volume, entry-level recruitment. You’ll also champion the talent acquisition process to ensure a constant flow of high quality candidates to support business goals while ensuring the team is hiring the best possible talent.
The Manager of Talent Acquisition will lead a team of 4-5 recruiters, filling approximately 500 hires annually. You will also partner with colleagues across Talent Acquisition and HR to drive continued recruiting process improvements, improve hiring manager and candidate experiences, and deliver against our diversity recruitment roadmap.
