Job Description

Marketer, Thought Leadership

The Marketer, Legal Executive Institute (LEI) will be responsible for the written and creative promotion of Thought Leadership conferences, events and content.


  • Compose targeted emails and position statements for live events to be sent out by the Center of Excellence and Live Events Account Executive team.
  • Develop marketing materials (postcards, brochures, mailers) with Creative Services and manage distribution.
  • In partnership with the Social Media manager, share key job titles, campaigns, and relevant supporting materials to promote LEI events and content.
  • Consult with program  directors and  sales team on appropriate lead list requests for CoE distribution.
  • Edit event pages on
  • Coordinate Peer Monitor marketing outreach around benchmarking content and cadenced reporting
  • Offer support on Peer Monitor customer communications as needed
  • Manage marketing process for Thought Leadership platform activity by developing internal messaging, engaging corporate communications and leveraging social channels


  • Bachelor’s degree in English, communications, marketing or related field
  • 1-2 years marketing experience preferred
  • Superior writing and communication skills
  • Excellent organization and collaboration skills
  • Strong project management skills – including assisting on multiple projects in a high-paced environment with shifting deadlines
  • Creative and artistically inclined
