WE ARE LOOKING FOR A NEW COLLEAGUE:

Case Management Team Lead, Risk Managed Services, OrgID

YOU AND YOUR TEAM:

You will join the team of over 200 colleagues based in Gdynia, London and Penang. Altogether your major responsibility will be to lead, motivate and coach a Team of Case Management Analysts and Senior Case Management Analysts, who are engaged in collecting and verifying information about legal entities and entity identity. You will also be accountable for monitoring and reporting on the performance of the service (in line with the Policy and procedures) and Team members who provide the service against recognized KPIs. You will be much exposed to partner with a number of stakeholders, which makes this job diverse and gives opportunity to learn constantly.

SOME OF DAILY TASKS YOU WILL PERFORM:

  • Lead a Team of Analysts
    • Motivate to successful delivery
    • Manage Team performance against Team members’ personal and Team objectives
    • Coach Team members’ to improve their knowledge or develop their skills
    • Provide Team and individual support on a day to day basis
  • Monitor and report on the service and own Team members’ contributions to the service:
    • Understand and facilitate Team delivery against essential KPIs and other metrics
    • Seek out any recurring themes that are impacting Team or individual performance
    • Recognize analyses and facilitate training needs in conjunction with e.g. other Team Leads
  • Manage relationships with all the stakeholders
  • Provide a point of escalation, as well as support and resolution for the Team:
    • Assist Team members with more difficult and complex research challenges
    • Liaise with relevant stakeholders e.g. the Case Management Lead or the Policy Management Team to facilitate resolution
    • Provide short- and long-term solutions in line with business goals.

WHAT DO YOU NEED TO BRING?

  • Team leadership and performance management skills, along with training needs analysis
  • Previous research experience and a sound track record of:
    • Applying critical thinking
    • Analyzing issues and challenges
    • Paying attention to details and delivering activities on time
    • Processing quantitative data and solving problems
    • Managing multiple tasks and activities simultaneously
    • Suggesting solutions (in line with business goals)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Working fluently in English
  • Experience of working in Microsoft applications at intermediate level
  • Sound understanding of Know Your Customer (KYC) as well as Anti - Money Laundry (AML)
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification 
  • Eagerness to learn a lot and collaborate with others
