The Online and Search Platform organization within Thomson Reuters is responsible for developing and supporting shared platforms of online and content services that are leveraged by numerous products across all of Thomson Reuters. This makes it possible for Thomson Reuters to deliver data to our customers via mobile, online, and print platforms.
Thomson Reuters is looking to add a Lead Site Reliability Engineer to an Application Management Services team located in Eagan, Minnesota.
As a Lead Site Reliability Engineer (SRE), you will have an active role in defining operations and support needs while implementing new applications and services, providing change planning, change execution, and incident management as needed. Your role will be a mix of proactive and reactive work.
In addition to these primary responsibilities the Lead SRE will drive specific projects as assigned, be part of an after-hours on-call rotation for escalation of issues and build relationships with support teams, architects, development and our partners.
