Sr. Client Manager, Corp. Investigative-Major Accounts

Job Description

The Senior Client Manager (SCM) is responsible for increasing CLEAR revenue, usage and market share in assigned Corporate Major Accounts by utilizing skills related to legal research, training, sales and marketing.  The SCM leverages his/her expert consultative approach and opportunity analysis to meet customer needs.  This is accomplished through an in depth understanding of the Corporate Investigative products and strong relationship building skills.

The East Coast position will be based in either New York City Metro, Washington DC, or Charlotte.

The West Cost position will be base in either San Francisco or Los Angeles.


  • Partners closely with Account Executives on assigned Major Accounts to identify sales opportunities and grow account revenue.
  • Owns all CLEAR revenue responsibility for the account nationally and coordinates all education and other account management activities with other SCMs at branch offices as necessary.     
  • Attains assigned revenue account goals
  • Establishes solid, long-term customer relationships and cultivates new business opportunities by diagnosing needs, presenting solutions and addressing customer concerns
  • Provides high quality account management and customer support services to assigned accounts
  • Negotiates special pricing contracts in accounts, as necessary
  • Monitors accts for high or simultaneous usage, and is responsible for investigating suspected mis-use of CLEAR by the account.
  • Educates customers on the benefits of CLEAR over competitors and trains customers on the use of CLEAR
  • Coordinates local marketing efforts within assigned accounts
  • Keeps up to date on competitive activities in accounts and communicates information to divisional/regional management
  • Identify opportunities to leverage technology products aimed at increasing revenue and providing solutions 


  • 4 year college degree or equivalent experience
  • J.D. strongly preferred
  • Investigative/Law Enforcement experience preferred
  • Strong communication, presentation and CLEAR Investigative skills
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Customer service orientation and experience
  • Field Account Management and sales/marketing experience strongly preferred
  • Proficient in MS Office/Internet
  • Ability to travel to training sessions,  meetings and to customer locations
