Tax & Accounting Commercial Strategy & Policy (CSP) owns and manages, in partnership with the Product and Business teams, the commercial model framework for the Tax & Accounting business and sets the commercial policies that direct our commercial relationship with our customers.
The Commercial Planning process, managed by the CSP team, aims to make it easier for customers to do business with us through consistent and simple commercial frameworks that maximize our long-term profitability and selling opportunities globally. This team is also responsible for global deal approval matrices, price performance measurement and the simplification of our existing commercial pricing and packaging models.
The Commercial Strategy Manager will be a key interface between the CSP team and the multiple business stakeholders across Tax & Accounting. This role will support the review of Commercial Planning Documents, the creation and execution of simplified pricing models for several lines of business within Tax & Accounting and the creation and execution of commercial policies to simplify our business model and enable a more consistent way of doing business. This support may include: data analysis, executive presentation support, feedback gathering and collating, idea generation and execution and decision support.

focused, both internal and external, with outstanding analytical skills. The candidate must have the ability to produce insightful analysis and assimilate complex, often
conflicting information and needs, to develop appropriate commercial strategies that they can then communicate and articulate to senior business leaders.
Finally, the successful candidate must be a team player. They must be able to develop maintain and influence a wide cross functional relationship network internally
and coordinate activities/deliver on objectives across that network.
