Job Description

ABOUT THE JOB

The position is within Data Operations which supports data across Thomson Reuters products and services. The candidate will need to demonstrate responsiveness to internal customers of Thomson Reuters by proactively accessing customer needs. 

SOME OF THE DAILY TASKS WILL INCLUDE:

  • Onboarding and supporting internal customers depending on the business needs
  • Building cross content knowledge and actively participate in forums, meetings, job shadowing sessions
  • Building customer-centric culture by connecting with our internal customers
  • Improving service and quality resiliency for our core content services
  • Reengineering and automate to reduce complexity, improve agility, scalability, quality and productivity
  • Driving talent & performance culture, drive horizontal team performance for Content Sourcing
  • Responding to data queries from both internal and external customers within a specific timeframe

WHAT DO YOU NEED TO BRING?

  • Fluency / advanced level in English
  • Good organizational skills
  • Proven attention to detail
  • Professional attitude
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively under time pressure
  • Ability to work independently as well as a team member
  • Ability to solve problems and make command decisions when necessary
  • Good knowledge of Word and Excel
  • Communicate by email in a coherent and professional manner
  • Ability to do Intense Research
  • Basic knowledge about financial markets
  • Basic knowledge on SQL
