As a Designer you will be responsible for the analysis, definition, design, construction, testing, installation, modification, and maintenance of properly engineered information systems, containing software as the major component to meet agreed business needs. This is an opportunity for a driven and innovative professional to play a role in designing the first demonstrator for our Digital Identity solution.
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Designer to join a small team accountable for the delivery of Digital Identity solutions. You will work closely with product development teams and users to create designs for future services where being able to work in a highly collaborative environment is essential.
Main Responsibilities / Accountabilities:
Participates in user experience (UX) projects at all levels: acts as a UX project lead for medium to large projects (size and complexity).
Advocates and represents the customer in product and platform development. Interprets customer and user research findings, and designs and develops effective and elegant user experiences.
Provides creative resolution of problems or issues in order to achieve an improved future result.
Creates, evaluates and modifies moderately complex prototypes to support evolving software application development.
Develops user profiles, with emphasis on human error control, display issues, visual interaction, physical manipulation, and task and objective analyses.
Develops and applies software design/usability processes in the investigation of technical problems. Provides UX training and mentoring to other UX staff.
Communicates and advocates usability and product standards, practices and theories. Contributes to and refines establishment of department UX standards and practices.
