Job Description

Our Ann Arbor Knowledge Solutions Sales team is looking for a dynamic individual to join them as an Education Account Manager.

Responsibilities:

  • Place outgoing calls, securing new business and facilitating the renewal of large quantity printed materials in assigned territory.
  • Maintain thorough knowledge of production schedule, product and shipping prices.
  • Ensure an accurate and timely process for maintaining customer account information and closing pricing transactions.
  • Continuously work with management to refine sales strategy to optimize efficiency and results.
  • Maintain accurate and timely customer information with Sales Operations, Customer Service and Technical Support groups.
  • Actively contribute to both overall Sales Department and Company objectives.

  •  2+ years professional sales experience required.
  • College degree highly preferred.
  • Demonstrated skills in sales and customer service.
  • Intermediate knowledge of PCs, Windows, Microsoft Office, Networks, and the Internet.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and influence others over the phone and in person.
  • Must be detail oriented, organized and efficient.
  • Ability to gather, keep up to date and apply competitive information in the sales process.
  • Establish and maintain cooperative working relationships.
  • Positive attitude, excellent listening skills.
