We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join our Enterprise Business Systems Business Analyst team. Our mission is to be valuable consultants and advocates to our business partners’ technical projects to guarantee their business outcomes of a project are met. We work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure a flawless behind the scenes business systems and business capabilities approach. Our team works to ensure technical solutions leverage strategic systems and adhere to business initiatives.
As the EBS Senior Business Analyst, you will play a vital role bridging business and technology by possessing a strong understanding of both domains. You will engage with stakeholders to understand strategy, desired needs, outcomes and elicit detailed requirements. Additionally, you will combine this TO-BE position with knowledge of AS-IS business environments, processes, and target architectural and technology capabilities. Using your skills and judgment, you’re responsible to recommend solutions to meet the business goals. To achieve the needs of the client and/or stakeholder, you will collect, analyze, and synthesize their specified requirements.
Additionally, for this role we are seeking an individual who will operate as a self-starter often working directly with partners, without supervision. You’ll have a strong voice setting the agenda and driving discussions. You may also collaborate and mentor more junior members of the team.
