The Global Customer Operation (GCO) team is based in London and Gdynia and are responsible for the lifecycle management of News Agency contracts worldwide.
Working from in-depth knowledge of News Agency products and contract protocols, GCO draft and review contracts, implement Media Commercial Policy and perform the gatekeeper role ensuring business compliance. Using contract data, this role will generate reports, offering insight and analytics on all aspects of the News Agency business.
