Position Title: Reporter/Producer (French & English) 12 month FTC

Location: London

Role Summary: 

Reuters Broadcast Solutions is looking for an experienced and innovative broadcast journalist to join the London team. The successful candidate will report on a range of topics from general and business news to entertainment and lifestyle. They will be expected to produce packaged video and live/as live content to tight deadlines. A positive, can-do attitude is a must. A proven editorial background essential as are strong writing and oncamera presenting skills. Candidate must be as comfortable presenting in a studio environment as reporting in the field. Fluent English and French also essential. This position will require strong communication skills. The candidate will work closely with the Reuters London and global teams as well as with clients. Position involves some travel and flexible work hours. 

Essential Skills and Experience: 

  • Broadcast writing
  • On camera presenting skills
  • English & French languages

Desired Skills and Experience: 

  • Video editing
  • Reporting business news an advantage

Education/ Certifications:

  • Degree level position
