Software Trainer Summary of Functions
The Software Trainer ("training specialist") is an integral position in both the pre and post sales effort of the ONESOURCE Transfer Pricing sales team. The training specialist is an expert in ONESOURCE Transfer Pricing products and provides software instruction to the organization's current client base, prospective opportunities, internal teams, develops and executes training plans, training materials, and manages software trials. The training specialist will also review results and trainee feedback to improve materials and training, as well as identify and develop additional software training opportunities.
The training specialist acts as a catalyst for new business opportunities, an expert in the use of our applications, and is often is the 'first impression' to ONESOURCE Transfer Pricing new customers. Successful execution of this role can lead to an exciting evolution of technical and presentation skills, which can provide multiple career paths within the team and organization.
