Job Description

Provides generalist operational support /day to day advisory on clearly defined HR policies and processes covering employees in Russia (mostly) and other CIS locations.


  • Support BUs in Russia/CIS in the delivery of the HR cycle.
  • Provide complex operational consultancy to employees, first line and middle managers;
  • Recruiting and cooperation wirh providers.
  • Minimize possible exposure to Labour Law violation​​​.
  • Contribute to HR projects as a team member, ownership of independent projects.
  • Strong in-depth knowledge and subject matter expertise on a variety of Human Resource related topics.
  • Provides data for respective payroll teams.
  • Develops and analyses reports independently or working with HR systems team or third party provider.


  • University degree.
  • 2 + years of professional experience in HR.
  • Understanding of Russian labor legislation, including statutory paperwork.
  • Self-motivated team player.
  • Intermediate/Advanced skills in Word, Excel and Outlook and international and local HR databases, including 1C.
  • Pro-active, easy learner, able to work in very dynamic International environment and follow introduced organizational structure changes.
  • Able to deal and analyze huge scope of information/data.
  • Native Russian and fluent in English.
  • Excellent communication skills.
