Inside Sales Manager (6 months contract)

This is a 6 months contract position. It plays a supporting role in generating leads and sales for GGO ANA Tax & Accounting business. This will involve promoting and selling the wide range of information and workflow solutions, supported by the respective regional and global product, sales and marketing colleagues. Works under general supervision; typically reports to a supervisor or manager.

Key Responsibilities

  • To contribute to the team sales target.
  • To make a minimum of 30 effective outbound calls a day, helping to follow up on event attendees and also generate new meetings / leads.
  • To be responsible for product renewals, through telesales activities and including invoicing matters
  • To report customer feedback around their requirements, packages and price points.
  • To provide accurate and complete market feedback on competition, new product concepts, market trends.
  • To maintain an accurate and complete contact file in the sales management automation system (Salesforce) as well as document all customers’ phone and email contacts, status and quotation activities.
  • To support marketing activities through event participation or pre-registration when required.
  • To perform any other departmental administrative duties/tasks as requested to support the needs of a function.
