Responsibilities

  • As a junior sales in the team, support to deliver recurring and outright revenue to sell specialized products to Wealth management and build on reputation as a business, markets or technology expert.
  • Work directly with the Sales Teams to onboard new clients, including coordinating the timely completion of relevant legal processes and documentation with the Legal team.
  • Respond to clients' specific needs and deliver initial user and new products/ functionality training.
  • Supporting team efforts to deliver great service, particularly around product launches.
  • Support Wealth Management clients with general platform / product queries
  • Work with internal teams in getting clients connected and if necessary, conduct a troubleshooting in a timely manner.  
  • Ownership of Wealth Management sales procedures and documentation
  • Carry out daily administrative tasks including ownership of account and user set up
  • Fostering productive relationships with both Clients and other Sales & Client Services Representatives

Qualifications

  • Native level Japanese language skill & Business level English skill Must
  • Undergraduate or post graduate degree
  • Up to 2 years of work experience
  • "Hunter" mindset and desire to build a career in sales roles
  • Outstanding presentation and communication skills: ability to deliver presentations and communicate at all levels within an organization.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, ability to execute a sales plan, ability to use a variety of technology with a high level of proficiency.
  • Proven ability to work as part of a team
  • Able to communicate with various teams in overseas
  • Excellent problem solving ability
