Cash Management Representative

Job Description

Principal responsibilities: 

Oversee the daily cash management and forecasting process including investments;

  • Optimization of global liquidity structures;
  • Point of contact for banking documentation and banking queries
  • Liaison with internal and external stakeholders working in Treasury, Tax, and also Bankers .
  • Efficient cash management, funding and issue handling
  • Efficient management and settling of Transfer pricing invoices.
  • Knowledge of Local and Cross Border Payment systems
  • Ensure compliance with Cash Management SOX controls and procedures;
  • Short term and Long term Cash Forecasting
  • Processing of the Bank Guarantees.
  • Bank Charges Analysis
  • Ensure documentation of all key processes within the department
  • Manage relationships with key internal and external contacts
  • Other ad-hoc projects as required.


  • Bachelor Degree (finance/business degree preferred);

Knowledge & Skills

  • Strong communication, interpersonal and analytical skills;
  • Highly motivated team player who can also work independently with the ability to priorities and manage multiple tasks and deadlines;
  • Ability to contribute at all strategic and operational levels throughout the organization;
  • Advanced level proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office (Excel macros, Word, Access, PowerPoint etc);
  • Proficient in the application of technology and web-based systems.
