  • Be an undergraduate (or a graduate) of Law (preferable), Finance, Economics or European Studies
  • Fluent English to comfortably analyze and abstract information from financial contracts
  • Strong orientation on details to draft, review and analyze financial documentation
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment
  • Be curious and open to learning new knowledge and skills
  • Feel strong in using MS Office

If you additionally know German, French or Spanish you will be even more competitive.


  • Review, analyze and summarize clauses from a variety of financial documents in the English language (e.g. ISDA Master Agreement and CSA, CMOF, GMRA, GMSLA, IMA, bilateral amendments)
  • Act as a team player while working with a team of lawyers on several financial abstractions or documentation projects
  • Provide professional, timely and prompt service and responses to the Delivery Managers

You will join the international Legal Managed Services (LMS) team based in Gdynia, London, New York and Eagan (MN) and India.
