The digital and social business transformation is underway at Thomson Reuters. The Social Media Specialist will play a key supporting role towards the global Thomson Reuters Financial & Risk social media strategy, communications and governance efforts with the goal of maximizing the power of social media and social selling to add value to our global and regional GTM sales and marketing programs to drive incremental leads, affinity and positive sentiment for our key flagship platforms - Eikon, Elektron & Risk Management.
Please note that we are a mainly business-to-business (b2b) arm of Thomson Reuters – and will value social media experience in B2B more highly that of from B2C.
You will support the strategic development of the overall organic, paid and earned social strategy and drive day-to-day tactical execution of these social campaigns – ensuring all deliverables are executed on time, on budget and of the highest quality.
You will work directly with regional and global marketing teams in multiple asset classes and solutions sets to drive increased engagement and leads nurturing on social channels.
This role is also accountable towards social reporting – ensuring that our spend is on par/ exceeds industry benchmarks.
This role requires experience in community management, paid social planning and execution, influencers program and driving campaigns that meet clients’ KPIs and makes a measurable impact on their business.
You’ll have the skill, attention to detail, tenacity, and a focus on results, working patiently with cross-organizational teams.
