This role will play a critical role in shaping the future for Thomson Reuters web performance tracking as well as defining personalization and optimization programs:
You’ll be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously, in a highly matrixed organization. You’ll have numeracy, skill, attention to detail, tenacity, and you will focus on results.
Your skills and experience
You’ll bring high levels of skill with:
Adobe Analytics, Target and Audience Manager: you will have at 2-3 years of experience working with Adobe tools particularly on the analytics cloud. You understand and can define and optimize our data layer approach. You have worked with DTM implementing site tags as well as managing tag clean up and governance processes. You have experience defining audience segments and have set up personalized experiences based on varying levels of visitor insight from anonymous to authenticated. You are familiar with anomaly reporting and have led efforts to capitalize on positive trends or optimized less than positive trends across site experiences.
Excel: you’ll be an advanced user, manipulating data, visualising data, and developing dashboards within Excel, you may be familiar with data visualization tools. You’ll definitely know how to pivot table data and know what a vlookup is.
Google Analytics, advanced user of Google analytics particularly focused on dashboards, and automated reporting.
Powerpoint and other reporting tools: you will be an expert at summarizing web analytics insight, trends and results to inform site stakeholders about performance and opportunities.
