Partners with operations managers to identify skills requirements in the business unit, recommend and develop appropriate learning solutions and programs.
Designs and delivers assigned routing trainings and oversees training plan development and implementation.
Provides work direction to local training team in implementing learning plans. Coaches Learning Consultants and Training Specialists.
Collaborates with and supports Manila site and Regional/Global Learning & Development in ensuring learning and development initiatives meet the needs of the business unit and to leverage best practices.
Monitors, measures and report on the effective of learning solutions and programs, and make appropriate recommendations.
Manages the implementation of the Competency Skill Matrix (CSM) tool.
Engages with training providers to identify relevant courses and program to meet training requirements and manages third party relationships as necessary.
Acts as point-of-contact for special projects and programs as may be assigned. Works closely with managers ensuring projects and programs are managed from initiation through seamless execution.
Provides training as may be required from time to time.
