Job Description
  • Day-to-day technical Support of TR Quantitative products in distributed environments

 (MS-Windows and Linux operating systems).

  • Regular review and management of assigned client requests provided to individual

team members ticket queues.

  • Ensure all client requests and contacts are fully documented clearly and in detail within the groups CRM.
  • Follow-up to ensure all client requests are serviced in an appropriate and timely manner.
  • Directly follow-up with clients to ensure all resolutions have been fulfilled and have

meet clients expectations.

  • Servicing the client's requests/issue may include operating with other Technical Resources and Teams.
  • Escalate issues as appropriate.
  • Maintenance and monitoring of internal and client systems.
  • Code Movement (Maintenance) / Release Implementation - This function relates to the regular maintenance (e.g. Windows patches) as well as application release Implementation / coordination.
  • Off-Hours Support - Weekend/Evening/Holidays support in team rotation will be required - If not assigned primarily to this function, you may need to function as a backup on a rotational basis.
  • On a "request-basis", provide "in-person" application Installation Support at client
