"Collaborating with colleagues from such a diverse range of backgrounds, interests and geographies ensures no working day is the same. The strong community of Early Careers and the alumni of the graduate programs at Thomson Reuters makes working for such a large organisation that much more supportive - there is a real sense of community here at TR.

My career at Thomson Reuters started when I joined the Thomson Reuters Internship Program (TRIP) as an intern in the summer of 2015. This dynamic immersion into the company, culture and business practices inspired me to continue working with my team after the internship concluded and to apply for the Business Graduate Program. I was beyond thrilled to be selected for this prestigious program which had been running for the last 30 years. I am currently on my first rotation of the 18-month program based here in London.

One of the first projects I was assigned to during the Business Graduate Program was assisting a Management Associate Program (MAP) candidate on a European expansion go-to-market strategy for Europe, the Middle East, and Africa Tax & Accounting business function. I had an invaluable opportunity at a very early stage of my career to produce work that would feed into the final outcomes of the project whilst having the opportunity to present my findings to the executive leadership team. Mentorship from the MAP candidate and continual strategic thinking from early stages to completion of the project was a key personal development opportunity."
