Description
The Product Specialists engage in supporting a US based team on creating industry leading investor relations web pages in conjunction with keeping the content both current and compliant. The team is an extension of the investor relations community, acting as a liaison between different internal Thomson Reuters groups and a coordinator of different activities required to solve the client’s issues.
- Maintain and update hosted website client content and HTML code
- Assist in managing accounts through questions and concerns, timely responses to requests, multitasking, shifting priorities and excellent follow through
- Assist with webcast coverage during each quarterly earnings
- Provide support and coverage to Global Client Operations team
- Work with third party vendors in support of our Mail Fulfillment, Investor and Governance Hotline products.
- Assist with coverage requests for the Product Specialist team, providing support for our hosted Investor website clients

Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced, constantly evolving team environment
- Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently
- Ability to successfully manage high profile, high revenue accounts
- Internet proficiency and working knowledge of HTML/HTML coding required
- Minimum of three years previous work experience, preferably in a client service environment
