Description
The role intending to be hired is designed to be the in-house ITS workplace front office engineer for China Operations Center office and other branch offices of it throughout China with responsibilities of desktop support, system, network administration and infrastructure implementation and other required smart hand support to other technology teams.
- Responsible for troubleshooting and solving desktop environment hardware and software issues by following the standard process and procedures with targeted service level agreement so as to achieve high user satisfaction and support the business growth.
- Support and maintain in-house cabling, network, file server, systems and applications and working with global teams for troubleshooting problems of specific areas when necessary and resolve in a timely manner.
- Establish and maintain a strong working relationship with the stakeholders of business with effectively communication on a regular basis while report and escalate for any outstanding issues when necessary.
- Communicate via email or phone calls with global teams in daily operation and collaborate with local and global teams for various projects and programs.

Qualifications
REQUIREMENTS:
A well versed understanding and proven experience of the information technology landscape stretching from infrastructure, network, client, server, and more is required.
- Bachelor or equivalent in Computer Science or related discipline.
- 3+ years experience with desktop support, system/network administration or IT infrastructure implementation.
- Strong trouble-shooting and problem-analysis skills in server hardware/software and enterprise application areas.
- Knowledge of information security processes and controls.
- Strong communication, interpersonal and influencing skills
- Experience with solutions of storage, backup and disaster recovery.
- Good spoken English and fluent written English.
