Purpose of the role: To lead Solutions Sales and Sales Specialists resources in Russia; managing, coaching, and motivating sales specialists team to achieve company's objectives in driving growth in:

Responsible for generating gross sales and new revenue, within existing relationships and new clients, by leveraging Thomson Reuters broad suite of products and services bringing "the value of the whole firm" to our customers.

Provide our clients with solutions to obtain, manage and process information across the enterprise.

Provide leadership in promoting our solutions through internal and external sales distribution channels as well as identify and engage with local partnerships in order to accelerate revenue growth by offering unique joined propositions.

Qualifications
- Proven track record in selling complex solutions
- Knowledge of Financial Markets
- Ability to understand customer's business drivers and develop an effective selling strategy.
- Ability to clearly articulate and demonstrate leading information products/ solutions that best meet customer requirements.
- Highly ambitious with a desire to be a trusted advisor to the world's biggest players requiring enterprise solutions.
- Ability to prepare and present professional proposals.
- Creativity in creating customer demand based on innovativeEnterprisesolutions into new markets.
- Fluent in Russian and English
- Sales Management and Leadership experience in sales organization, across multiple locations and cultures;
- In depth understanding of business workflow practices, solution packages and TR products
