The primary responsibilities include:

Preparing relevant letters / documents and certificates, as per employee request, in consultation with the management
- Escalating employee grievances / queries to the reporting manager
- Maintaining / Updating employee tracker
- Assisting in various employee welfare / fun activities and initiatives and encouraging participation
- Handling end to end PACE forms
- Updating all the relevant trackers for new joinees
- Assisting in handling the new joinee documents

The Operations Management Trainee (OMT) program is a rotation through all departments in Manufacturing, Distribution, and Engineering (MD&E) in preparation for a leadership role. Candidates are introduced to the broader corporate culture, the complete print and manufacturing processes of hard and softbound books, as well as operations management in a three-shift environment. The program involves hands-on experience in all aspects of the production process, as well as leadership development and some independent project work.

The anticipated start date for the successful OMT candidate will be in May or June 2013.
