The Website Project Manager (otherwise referred to as Site Project Manager or SPM) manages the creation and deployment of North and South American Investor Relations (IR) and Public Relations (PR) websites with clients who have purchased these products. The SPM works directly with members of the customer organization (Investor Relations, Corporate Marketing, Web services) to effectively and efficiently tailor Thomson Reuters IR/ PR Online products to the needs of the client.

The SPM acts as a consultant to the client throughout the build process by suggesting enhancements to their IR/ PR website and assisting the client with integrating the IR portion into their corporate web site. Additionally, the SPM works with a developer on the Webhosting Operations team, and often works closely with sales and the product team to meet customer needs.

The SPM is responsible for managing a pipeline of 20-30 clients. An SPM may deal with C-level executives as well as IR/ PR professionals within large organizations, and should feel confident in their communication and presentation skills. They have the ability to influence clients and make decisions that will affect the overall communication strategy of the IR/PR website. An SPM may take direction from a client’s design firm or directly from the client. This role directly impacts our revenue as every project launched is either tied to new recurring revenue or one-time revenue.
- Manage the build-out of 20-30 IR/ PR Online websites (Thomson Reuters corporate communications website product) simultaneously, and other related website products and services.
- Serve as the primary contact for client projects, gathering both technical and IR content requirements via phone and email.
- Provide IR/ PR website consultative services to clients and address their questions and concerns about preparing the site for launch.
- Communicate customers’ requests, feedback, and edits effectively to the Site Developer (SD), who works together with the SPM as a team.
- Ensure customer uses all the features of the package they purchased to enhance their company’s message. Educate the client on new features that are available to them and ensure they’re getting the most value from Thomson Reuters.
- Participate in internal corporate projects and campaigns.
- Take an active part in the ongoing evolution of Thomson Reuters products and services by submitting clients’ suggestions and recommendations to the Product Management team.

This Inside Sales Specialist Corporate Accounts, Europe East is responsible - in support of the Corporate Services Sales Specialists - for increasing sales and market share in Europe East. The Inside Sales Specialist supplements the efforts of the direct sales force by participating fully and contributing to a team based selling model. This role will be Frankfurt based.

Day to Day Responsibilities include:
- Responsible for prospecting new business, developing leads from available resources and carrying out self directed phone campaigns
- Provide sales and backup support for assigned team of Region and Sales Teams as required, assisting in achieving team's targeted production goals
- Prepare proposals, assist with documentation requests, follow-up on transaction status through internal deal process and inform internal staff, management and customer contacts of such status as required
- Develop, execute and/or assist in presentations, outside sales campaigns and product demonstrations that relay the Corporate Services vision
- Assist the Sales Specialists and Account Managers with various support, operational and administrative functions including client inquiries, proposal generation, trip preparation

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have the following skills, knowledge and experience:
- College/university degree or relevant work experience in commissioned based sales preferably in a remote sales channel or financial services environment OR experience in a consultative sales capacity supporting financial markets
- Proven track record of leading successful sales, ideally working with Corporations in a teamwork setting
- Strong customer focus
- Strong analytical skills
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Desire to be in a fast based sales environment
- Detailed oriented, well-organized, abilitiy to multi-task
- Language requirements:
Excellent English skills; mother tongue equivalent German language skills mandatory

Puteaux’s office develops the desktop application (Thomson Reuters EIKON ©) allowing our customers to access to the enormous amount of Financial data running around the world peaking at 1.7 Million updates/s in December 2012.

To do that our application integrates the fastest web browser on the market tuned to fit our specific needs : Google Chromium ©.

It also hosts the Microsoft .Net CLR ©, leveraging this very flexible and developer friendly technology.

The high update rate of Market Data of some exchanges (NASDAQ, NYSE) requires to use the fastest UI APIs on the system.

Finally, it’s a software development environment dedicated to Finance.

In this context, you will have to implement some features to speed-up the deployment of the latest versions of this application produced daily to the 30 000 Thomson Reuters employees working in the Financial & Risk business unit.

This will mean tuning and deploying reverse proxies drastically improving the download time of the application.

This will also mean working on algorithm to build the smallest packages possible to patch .Net components (see Courgette used in Google Chrome©).

If everything goes fine it should be used as well to improve our customer’s experience with the product.
