We support Time Series infrastructure service providing financial Time Series data for technical analysis in Thomson Reuters Eikon platforms. <br/><br/>The service is providing from 3 main data centers which have more than hundreds servers. The trading data we are collecting are coming from all financial markets over the world. We are working with Technical Operation team to ensure that the Time Series service is 24/7 available to Thomson Reuters customers.<br/><br/>The successful applicants will concentrate on solving problems reported by Thomson Reuters customers and Technical Operation teams. The Support Consultant needs to be able to work as a part of the Time Series support team and individually toward the problem root cause and provide solid information to the Time Series development team if code fixing is required.
