The Application Configuration Management group for Online Search and Platform is responsible for the configuration management activities to support application releases across international legal on-line applications. Primary Responsibilities:
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders and business partners
- Provide technical knowledge and global team leadership to other team members in developing standards for SCM tools, processes, and best practices
- Organize and prioritize group tasks and allocate resources to manage time effectively to deliver results
- Recognize and communicate opportunities to add value or improve efficiency to CM processes, then plan and drive to pursue these opportunities
- Provide timely and accurate written and oral communication to stakeholders and management
