- Bachelor's Degree or equivilant required
- Minimum 5 years of experience in an Investor's content role, preferably in Fundamentals content.
- Minimum 2 years of experience working as a content system specialist in Investors Content or similar areas.
- Thorough understanding of the structure of various databases of Thonsom Reuters Investors Content. Thorough understanding of the data model of Thomson Reuters Fundamentals (TRF) database is a distinctive advantage.
- Strong knowledge and experience in utilizing varoius database query tools (such as SQL) to analyze vast amount of raw data and to faciliate decision making process.

Drive improvement to performance activities and services through a measurement and assessment service relating to content quality, production efficiency and project support functions for Thomson Reuters Content Operations. The position is within the Quality & Service function of the respective vertical and is aimed at supporting data across Thomson Reuters products, databases and services.

Essential Day-to-Day Responsibilities:



Designs and conducts measurements on content on the products from a client perspective or standard and in reference to the database for analyst.
- Analyzes and presents results of measurement and evaluations to the relevant sponsors/stake holders of the evaluation.
- Lead metric automation by using SQL, Excel Macro, Access Etc
- Communicates database and product audit results to operations teams and Specialists teams to improve content quality and product efficiency. Coordinates with them any issues found through analyst/product audits for contiuous improvement.
- Conducts root cause analysis and employs a variety of problem solving tools & techniques to facilitate cross-functional meetings to help identify solutions.
- Identifies areas for improvement across teams and locations, and design recommendations and/or training plans to mitigate issues.
- Delivers presentations and written reports on findings/recommendations from the audits to the relevant sponsors/stake holders of the evaluation.
