Coordinate and communicate retention activities with customer service reps and sales reps in an expeditious manner.<br/><br/>3) Identify sales opportunities and communicate them to sales reps. Provide leads (i.e., new sales opportunities) to sales representatives and sales manager when appropriate.<br/><br/>4) Maintain product knowledge including pricing, discount schedules and special offers.<br/><br/>5) Achieve renewal quota targets as set by management. <item><title>Senior  Software QA Engineer Job (Boston, MA, US)</title><description><![CDATA[<b>Title:</b>Senior Software QA Engineer<br/><b>ID:</b>TEC00028139<br/><br/></b><b>Description</b><br/><br/> <b>Primary Objective(s)</b><br/><br/>Working under the direction of the Quality Assurance Manager, the Quality Assurance Engineer is responsible for analyzing the software functionality, and for designing and implementing test cases to fully test software components. The engineer will be responsible for writing, executing, and maintaining manual and automated test cases, along with associated resources, scripts, expected results, and execution reports. The engineer may also work with the development group and product management groups in the requirements definition process to ensure that requirements are clear, unambiguous, and testable.<br/><br/><b>Key Responsibilities</b><br/>- Provide projections and estimates for self as well as junior resources.<br/>- Report and track discovered defects/issues.<br/>- Prepare test execution reports and/or status reports.<br/>- Schedule and allocate local and remote resources.<br/>- Create and revise Test Plans.<br/>- Analyze requirements and define test cases that verify the functional sections of the software.<br/>- Design and execute test cases including automated tests.<br/>- Investigate and recommend tool use, process improvements, and industry innovations<br/>- Implement test automation for functional, load, and scalability testing.<br/>- Maintain test cases and related resources (test data, expected results, execution reports, etc) with minimal supervision.<br/>- Perform the collection and reporting of metrics/statistics on the test application under test.<br/>- Work with Professional Services and Support staff to reproduce and report escalated issues.<br/>- Perform other duties as requested and assigned.<br/><br/>We are the leading source of intelligent information for the world's businesses and professionals, providing customers with competitive advantage. We deliver this must-have insight to the financial and risk, legal, tax and accounting, intellectual property and science and media markets, powered by the world's most trusted news organization.<br/><br/><b>Qualifications</b><br/><br/><b>Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge and Skills</b><br/>- 5+ years experience in Software Quality Assurance.<br/>- Degree or equivalent experience in computer sciences or information technology.<br/>- A detailed understanding of Quality Assurance and the SDLC.<br/>- Experience using a primary computer language (such as VB.NET, JAVA, C/C++/C#).<br/>- Experience with Test Automation tools (Microsoft Coded UI, Selenium, QTP, etc).<br/>- Experience with CRM systems, IIS, SQL Server, network Connectivity and network security is considered assets.<br/>- Experience executing performance and load tests, analyzing results and identifying bottlenecks<br/>- Experience writing SQL queries<br/>- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies<br/>- Experience with tools: Visual Studio, MSTest, SQL Server, MSTest, Wireshark<br/>- Experience with VCS, Issue tracking and Continuous Integration Systems.
