Key Responsibilities
- Provide third level product support of over 200+ custom .Net application implementations
- Investigate application issues and customer-driven production problems
- Identify and develop tools, techniques and procedures for improving the performance, availability and reliability of applications
- Work with development, support and engineering teams to design and refine processes, procedures, and delivery mechanisms
- Act as a customer issue resolution engineer and take ownership of problems
- Resolve issues wherever possible and when not, identify and document problems clearly for escalation to Engineering

- BS/BA or equivalent work background plus 5 - 7 years of experience in a distributed web services and enterprise software environment or equivalent

Travel is less than fifty percent/occasional overnight travel required.

Qualifications
- Three to five years professional direct sales experience
- Ability to successfully manage relationships with and sales to Fortune 1000 companies
- Proficient in office automation systems such Lotus Notes, Microsoft Office products

BASIC FUNCTION

Using a consultative and on-going account servicing approach to specified accounts, the Retention Rep will communicate and coordinate retention activities and customer contacts with Sales team and Customer Service Reps. ACCOUNTABILITIES

1) Use a retention oriented account servicing approach to:
- determine account needs
- identify clients’ goals and success criteria
- strategize with clients regarding their goals and align them with solutions we provide when appropriate
- improve customer retention rates
- sell additional products and services to an account

2) Communicate with customers on an ongoing basis to build a relationship as a solutions resource. Coordinate and communicate retention activities with customer service reps and sales reps in an expeditious manner.

3) Identify sales opportunities and communicate them to sales reps. Provide leads (i.e., new sales opportunities) to sales representatives and sales manager when appropriate.

4) Maintain product knowledge including pricing, discount schedules and special offers.

5) Achieve renewal quota targets as set by management. Encourage customers to renew their subscriptions for multiple years

6) Accurately, and in a timely manner, enter all client notes into Netsuite database or other Thomson Reuters business systems.

7) Participate in product and skills training programs as well as conduct webinars to educate clients.

8) Have an understanding of the marketing process for professional clients, (i.e. accountants and lawyers) and how the various tactics and tools available work together.

9) Use Netsuite database or other Thomson Reuters business systems to efficiently gather and research customer information. Provide accurate pricing and discount information.

10) Prepare new proposals and negotiate to secure contract renewals.

The Senior Tax Accountant is responsible for reviewing transaction data bridged from a Trust Accounting system for the preparation of Federal and State Tax Returns, quarterly estimated tax payments and form 1099. Will also be responsible for working with clients on tax and data issues, will periodically review transaction data for accuracy for an account assignment consisting of Trust and Agency type accounts, and will analyze and prepare quarterly estimated tax payments for Fiduciary trust accounts. Selected candidate will be responsible for annual preparation of Forms 1041, 1099 and various state forms for accounts within the assignment and assisting clients with cleaning up data issues with the trust accounting vendor. Ideal candidate will have knowledge & experience in preparing IRS information returns (1099 DIOB & 1099R). Candidate should be capable of leading a team of accountants in preparing large volumes of 1099 returns.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
- At least 5 years of experience working in a Fiduciary Trust Department or a similar department preparing trust tax returns
- Strong client interaction skills, computer proficiency and experience working with tax software products including TrustEase
- An understanding of the tax concepts needed to prepare the Federal and State fiduciary tax return

The Director, Business Development Consulting Practice leads, manages and develops Elite’s team of Application and Technical consultants either directly or through subordinate supervisors. Key Responsibilities

- Assess and monitor the consulting work provided at client sites from initiation to delivery to ensure service quality, client satisfaction and revenue/cost projections are met. Ensure team understands, utilizes and follows Elite methodologies.
- Provide guidance and leadership regarding staff development and career paths. Work with in-house training to develop or manage training curriculum to advance skill sets and cross-train staff to meet emerging and future business demands and needs.

Minimum Qualifications
-Bachelor’s degree in business management, accounting or information technology or equivalent work experience required. An advanced degree or MBA is preferred.

Experience

- 11+ years of related experience with 7+ years of consulting firm experience including progressive management responsibility with large scale Business Development consulting teams with a proven track record of successful software consulting engagements with definable contributions to the business.
- Prior experience with large ERP/ CRM system implementations (e.g. SAP, Oracle, JD Edwards) with a minimum of 5 full life cycle implementations utilizing a recognized industry ERP/ CRM implementation methodology.
- Prior client relationship management and experience consulting to senior management and/or law firms is a plus.

Description

Qualifications

5+ years experience in Software Quality Assurance.

Degree or equivalent experience in computer sciences or information technology.

A detailed understanding of Quality Assurance and the SDLC.

Experience using a primary computer language (such as VB.NET, JAVA, C/C++/C#).

Experience with Test Automation tools (Microsoft Coded UI, Selenium, QTP, etc).

Experience with CRM systems, IIS, SQL Server, network Connectivity and network security is considered assets.

Experience executing performance and load tests, analyzing results and identifying bottlenecks

Experience writing SQL queries

Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies

Experience with tools: Visual Studio, MSTest, SQL Server, MSTest, Wireshark

Experience with VCS, Issue tracking and Continuous Integration Systems. We currently use TFS for all of these.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Must possess strong analytical skills.

Must be detail oriented.

Must be able to work independently.

Description

The Senior Solutions Designer position will provide technical leadership, collaborate with business owners to create hardware solution designs/configurations, collaborate with engineering teams within Data Center Operations, and provide ownership for delivering necessary design artifacts on behalf of Thomson Reuters business units. The successful candidate will collaborate with business unit based stakeholders, Data Center Architects, and development/operations engineers to understand and document their current and future infrastructure needs. The position requires a broad background in data center infrastructure disciplines (e.g. database, network, platform, real time, storage, middleware, Microsoft infrastructure technologies) and the ability to partner with a variety of roles.

This position could work at any of our US based Thomson Reuters locations.

- Deliver high quality hardware solutions that meet the needs of our Businesses
- Provide infrastructure design expertise that allow our business units to fully utilize DCO Capabilities
- Coordinate requirements gathering, create low-level designs, document designs, and provide guidance to other technology areas within DCO on hardware solutions
- Provide ownership of the detailed design phase for hardware requests into the Data Center
- Provide ownership of detailed design covering all shared infrastructure technologies including LAN, WAN, Security, platforms, storage, and management systems.
- Facilitate meetings with various roles within the businesses and Data Center
- Assist with problem resolution of implemented hardware deployments before they are turned over to the business owner
- Provide reviews of various hardware solutions for validity and accuracy

Working under the direction of the Quality Assurance Manager, the Quality Assurance Engineer is responsible for analyzing the software functionality, and for designing and implementing test cases to fully test software components.
