With over 100 fixed income and derivatives pricing professionals in New York, London, Tokyo, Singapore and Bangalore it provides evaluated prices on over 2.4 million fixed income instruments, including bonds, RMBS, ABS and derivative securities daily and disseminates these evaluations to asset managers, custodian banks, investment banks, and third party vendor. TRPS also collects and maintains terms and conditions and performance data on asset backed securities.
Due to growing demand for evaluated pricing and content across all fixed income securities, TRPS requires additional talent and expertise in agency and non-agency Structured Products, including but not limited to RMBS, Consumer ABS, and CDO/CLO asset types.

Responsibilities
- A Senior Content Specialist, Securitized Focus is responsible for ensuring timely and accurate end-of-day bond evaluations on agency and non-agency CMO and ABS. Evaluations are used by banks, brokerage houses, insurance companies, and asset managers for client statements, research, risk analysis, and portfolio valuation. Evaluators analyze collateral, prepayment speeds, waterfalls, and trading activity. A great deal of time is spent obtaining quotes from trading desks, analyzing these quotes, and applying them to appropriate issues.
- The Senior Content Specialist will assist evaluators in performing quality control checks to ensure pricing accuracy, will have direct customer contact re: the challenge process and will assist in verifying price fluctuations and securitized content data.
- Other responsibilities include documentation, training junior content staff and evaluators, identifying system enhancements, and working with development on system design.

The Payroll Specialist is responsible for the day to day production, and set-up of a select group of payrolls. This includes everything from setup, payroll processing to banking. - Senior evaluators price a variety of sectors covering liquid, illiquid and difficult securities using various data resources and tools. The core function of the senior municipal evaluator is to use these resources to be accurate fair market values for the municipal universe.

- Senior Market Analysts are responsible for data collection, collateral analysis, and the analysis of pricing anomalies and clients’ pricing challenges.

Thomson Reuters is seeking an experienced Senior Manager, Treasury to join our Accounting & Finance team based in midtown Manhattan. This role will report to the VP, Treasury and be responsible for managing Thomson Reuters’ global corporate Treasury cash, debt and investment functions.

Day-to-day duties can include planning & securing corporate capital requirements, managing worldwide liquidity needs and cash portfolios, developing and monitoring the corporate relationship with banks, rating agencies, and research analysts, designing and implementing corporate pension strategies, overseeing foreign exchange & interest rate exposure, or providing technical assistance in an acquisition or divestment.

Incoming Treasury professionals are given immediate and meaningful responsibilities exposing them to a wide range of assignments.

Specific Responsibilities:
- Leading, managing, coaching and mentoring a team of high performance professionals
- FX and interest rate risk management and hedging
- Banking and rating agency relationship management
- Primary contact for Treasury interactions with other departments, business units and third party administrators
- Managing global cash functions, e.g., cash forecasting, short-term investing and borrowing
- Managing global debt and investments, e.g., credit facilities, letters of credit, bonds/notes, interest expense and debt reporting and compliance, investment portfolio management, share repurchases, and dividend payments
- Creating and maintaining Treasury operations policies and procedures
- Creating and maintain rating agency debt models and analysis
- Implementing and analyzing pension strategies
- Leading Treasury operations process improvement efforts and other projects

Qualifications

We require:
- A Master’s degree, preferably an MBA, with particular emphasis in finance; a background in economics, accounting, engineering or operations is also valuable
- A minimum of 5 years work experience with 2 years related Treasury work experience
- Strong analytical and organizational abilities
- Understands the technical aspects of Treasury
- Exposure to concepts in Treasury (i.e. bonds, FX, derivatives, divestitures, capital, etc
- Understands financial modeling, bond math and financial concepts
- Effective oral and written communication skills
- A high level of interpersonal skills
- An ability to function effectively as part of a team
- A high proficiency in Microsoft Office is a core requirement for this role

Overview

The Partnership Executive is responsible for identifying and successfully executing new partnerships with F&R content and solution assets, and monetizing existing partner relationships in an identified book of business and identifies prospective new partners, to achieve annual sales targets. This role will focus on Order Management and Execution Management Systems providers, leveraging Trading and Enterprise content and solutions assets. This entails ensuring that all partnership opportunities are in line with Partnership objectives, that new Partners maintain alignment with the strategy and direction of F&R and Thomson Reuters as a whole, and that partnership opportunities are reviewed with the Segment and Partnership management teams as necessary.

Responsibilities
- This position manages and grows revenue and Thomson Reuters market share through partner relationships to maximize customer satisfaction and achieve company's strategic objectives. Develops and grows partner relationships to ultimately drive revenue growth. Develops and executes F&R partnership strategy by collaborating with Partners, Segment/Sectors and account teams to deliver stronger, more relevant value propositions.
- Frame and execute on business development, marketing and go-to-market plans for new and existing partners to achieve sales objectives by working collaboratively with GSAM colleagues, Segment/Sector heads and the Solution Partners management team.
- Manages,retains and grows revenue through partnerships,responsible for sales and the partner relationship (includes new sales and quota attainment).
- Cultivates partner relationships and ensure effective service delivery to clients through account teams and partner contacts.
- Supports execution of partnership strategy with the partner relationships and at the account level (GSAM).
- Responsible for forecasting in TRUST, keeps management in touch with partner accounts in a timely fashion, gathers intelligence on competitor activity with partners and gives feedback to marketing.
- Acts as the point of contact for the partner relationship, provides escalation path to/from Service, attends to partnership issues promptly.
- Ownership of partnership contract negotiation, renegotiation, notifications, term sheets, etc.
- Management and fulfillment of partnership agreements through coordination with Legal.
- Ongoing account management of new and existing partnership relationships
- Defined sales objectives
- Identify and attend industry events, conferences, and meetings that provide potential new or expanded partnership opportunities for F&R’s content and solutions offerings, and promote existing F&R partnerships.

Qualifications

Required Skills
- Understanding of Thomson Reuters product and market strategy, and ability to keep abreast of ongoing changes
- Strong understanding of OMS and EMS workflows, customers and their business model.
- Selling skills (identity, develop and articulate a complex proposition/consultative selling).
- Knowledge of financial industry and F&R’s organizational approach to serving the industry via the Trading, Investment Management and Research, Investment Banking, Corporate and Wealth Management segments
- Knowledge and understanding of Thomson Reuters business and processes
- Previous partnership, sales and account management experience preferred, including experience with drafting of partnership agreements
- Creative problem solving and negotiation skills essential
- Strong organizational and decision making skills
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively
- Ability to work on cross-functional teams in matrixed organization
- Strong interpersonal, and oral and written communications skills
- Ability to design and make presentations to prospective redistribution partners and internal audiences including senior management and peers across F&R teams.
