Junior Project Coordinator
YOU AND YOUR TEAM
You will join a team of 22 highly motivated colleagues based in Poland, Switzerland, UK, US, Singapore, Hong Kong, India and Australia. We support our customers’ compliance officers, IT teams and project managers during the planning and implementation of Thomson Reuters Risk products. Internally, we collaborate closely with sales, development, product management and customer support teams. Our technical knowledge, planning and communications skills are three key attributes of the team’s value proposition.
WHY IS THIS JOB IMPORTANT?
Our Thomson Reuters Risk products are implemented to help customers monitor their business relations and identify risk of terrorist funding, money laundering or financial crime. Our team’s job may thus allow our customers to prevent cases of financial crimes or even human trafficking.
SOME OF DAILY TASKS YOU WILL PERFORM:
Supporting World-Check One API Technical Consultant team:
Assisting the Associate Project Manager with the end-to-end project and resource planning for the Customer & Third Party Risk Professional Services team:
resource forecasts including over-allocation
historic resource utilisation
project progress / project slippage
Collaborative working within the team in a culture of continued improvement and ongoing success:
