Team Leader, Organization Authority

Job Description


You will be a part of Organization Authority EMEA management team and have an influence on the overall strategy of the department. You will be managing OA team of around 12 Analysts, responsible for monitoring market events related to legal entity data, building company descriptions and hierarchy trees and assigning company classification codes.

There are two positions available - one regular and a maternity cover.


The information provided by Organization Authority is immediately displayed in our flagship products: Datascope and Thomson Reuters Eikon. Our customers, mostly international banks and risk managers, take advantage of OA expertise to take their business decisions every day.  


  • People management experience or experience in non-direct people management activities, like coordinating projects, mentoring junior members
  • Enthusiasm and drive
  • Proven record of problem solving skills
  • Proven ability of delivering against tight deadlines and changing priorities
  • Excellent communication skills and customer focus
  • At least basic understanding of financial markets
  • Knowledge of OA processes and procedures would be an asset


  • Managing projects and BAU resources through recruitment, workload planning, priority setting
  • Monitoring quality results and applying solutions for key issues
  • Managing the team’s internal and external clients and stakeholders, ensuring relationship building while balancing the team and business priorities
  • Managing and leading the team through data, process and organizational changes to ensure continuous top performance
  • Developing the team’s market and system expertise, coaching and mentoring team members
  • Partnering with the OA Regional Manager and peer TLs to deliver on the global OA strategy
