Associate Product Manager

Job Description

As part of the Firm Solutions product team, the Associate Product Manager assists during all phases of the product lifecycle as we focus on our customers to deliver innovative products and services that solve market needs, maximize our existing products and services to support company strategy and work collaboratively to provide an optimal customer experience.

Job Requirements

  • Develop knowledge of the company’s customers, products and competitors, and of the legal consumer and digital marketing industry trends
  • Conduct market analysis by engaging with and gathering feedback directly from customers and prospects in order to help define market problems, provide input for product roadmaps and go-to-market initiatives, and drive innovation
  • Work closely with customer-facing teams (Sales, Account Management, Customer Operations, Marketing) to gather additional customer feedback and use this voice of the customer to help inform product lifecycle strategy and increase customer adoption and retention
  • Assist with communicating a compelling value proposition internally and externally
  • Contribute to financial analysis of our capabilities, products or solutions
  • Generate reports based on key product metrics to display product performance, determine trends and identify areas of improvement
  • Create business rules and use cases to be used for new products and/or enhancements to existing products and services
  • Use data to make recommendations for ongoing product lifecycle management and sun setting of obsolete products and services
  • Lead special projects as determined by management
  • Assist with product exception requests, issue investigation and system set-up tasks
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships across all business functions


  • 1-3 years of experience in product management or similar role with transferable skills


  • High-energy, passionate, and proven track record of delivering results
  • Familiarity with basic financial modeling and modern web-based marketing technology
  • Strong verbal communication skills and competency in collaboration across teams
  • Excellent written communication skills, including experience writing customer-facing (internal and external) value propositions and other product documentation
  • Strong PowerPoint skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to meet deadlines (project management skills)
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment
  • Pragmatic Marketing certification a plus


  • Bachelors degree required
